Do the Cumula Nurse Call systems work with pocket pagers?
Absolutely! Cumula is designed to easily provide a radio paging function,
allowing staff members to carry alpha-numeric pocket pagers which indicate
assigned patient calls, showing the calling room number, call priority level and
a canned or free-form message.



What about storage of day-to-day call activity for subsequent viewing or generating printed reports?
One of the major features of our Millenium system is to do just that. All system
activity is time-stamped and stored in a database to be later retrieved for display or printing. Historical call data can be analyzed by several criteria, including time period, nursing unit, room number, patient or staff name, and much more. All transactions saved to the database can be periodically backed up to removable media for permanent archiving.



I would like to have different patient call levels report to different pocket pagers or wireless phones. Can I do that?
Yes. Cumula is flexible enough to accommodate most configurations. Consult with
your local distributor for assistance in setting up your program.



Is there a way to have my Code Blue calls annunciate at a specific location?
Yes, there is. Cumula's flexible programming allows you to direct only Code Blue
calls to a specific annunciator panel which may be located at a PBX or Security area.
All call levels would display normally at other output devices on the same floor.
