This E-114WP string station is used to activate emergency nurse call lights in assisted living facilities, nursing homes and hospices. Residents simply pull the cord to turn the switch on and activate the emergency call system, to get their caregivers’ attention as quickly as possible. This string station contains a water-resistant stainless steel gang plate for use in showers. Nurse call systems from Cornell Communications make residents feel more secure and enhance communication throughout the healthcare facility.

Description:
This emergency station features satin finished stainless steel faceplates with silk-screened designations. Stations are wall mounted with a four-foot call cord. WP version has a gasket making the station splash proof for use in shower or tub applications.
Operation:
Pulling the four-foot germ-fre, glow in the dark cord on Cornell's Emergency Station activates a call for help. To cancel the call, slide the switch to the off position. The E-114 series pull stations are designed for single status applications. If you have a dual status application, select the E-104 pull string product.
Accessory Outputs:
DPDT contacts and four pigtail wires.
Mounting:
The satin finish stainless steel faceplate with silk-screened designations may be flushed mounted on a standard outlet box with single-gang plaster ring, or surface mounted on a Wiremold 5784 or equivalent.
Engineering Specifications:
The contractor shall furnish and install these Cornell Emergency Stations as indicated on the plans. Faceplates shall be satin-finished stainless steel with silk-screened designations. Calls in progress can be cancelled by moving the switch to off position.
