See below for return and warranty info. If you ordered through a distributor, work with them to submit the RMA form.

Warranty Returns will be accepted with an RMA #. Defective materials will be repaired at a rate of $100/hr. Charges are not to exceed the cost of a new unit.
Returns of unused, unmarked, boxed equipment are subject to a MANDATORY 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 90 days of purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR CREDIT WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 90 DAYS.
Returns of used equipment or custom equipment will not be accepted. All returns/repairs must be adequately packaged for shipment. Any damaged equipment will be the responsibility of the buyer. Contact Cornell at 1-800-558-8957 with questions.
Cornell Warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty-six (36) months from date of manufacture, under normal use and service. You can now extend your warranty on your Cornell Call System for an additional 7 years, giving you a full 10 years guaranteed warranty protection against defects in materials and workmanship. Every Cornell product that leaves our Cornell manufacturing plant is backed by our standard 3 year warranty. To extend the warranty, simply complete our online registration form.
* Obligation of CORNELL is limited to repairing or replacing, any part, which shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is void if the product is altered, damaged, or repaired by anyone other than CORNELL personnel.
* 36 month Warranty does not apply to 3rd Party OEM products which carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please verify OEM warranty with your Cornell Regional Account Manager if you have any questions.
